The Carriage Works accepts cash, check, credit cards, and a variety of
peer to peer payment applications.

We require a deposit of 50% for every day booked in order to confirm the
session. Deposits are non-refundable, but dates may be moved up until 15
days before the session at no penalty. Any balance is to be paid following
the final day of the session, after which any media will be transferred. We
will not release any media masters until your balance is paid in full.

Piano Tunings are $150, if your recording requires much acoustic piano we
strongly recommend using our tuning service. Our tack piano and
harpsichord are also available for tuning, please make sure you mention
any tuning needs when you book.
We’ll stock the fridge with whatever you’d like – please email
carriageworksrecording@gmail.com us in advance so we can
include your order in our next run.
Want to get your record down to 2” tape? We’ve got stock for you to use,
or you can bring your own! Our tape rental is $50 for the length of your
session, and our used tape stock can be purchased directly if you’d like to
keep your sessions, or your label requires master recordings.

Our standard full day is 10 hours and half day is 5 hours. Full day sessions
usually run 10am-8pm. Half days are available 10am-3pm or 4-9pm.
The studio is available on an hourly basis with a 2 hour minimum booking.

Any location based recording fees will be approached on a case-by-case
basis and vary depending on setup, distance, and time requirements.
